German Specials Menu
Last October we did a very popular month-long Oktoberfest. All of our
dishes were from authentic old-world Bavarian recipes and cooking techniques
handed down for generations through the families of our German-heritage
Head Chef and Owners. The response was absolutely fantastic. Our
patrons rated us as the “Best Oktoberfest” and the “Most Authentic German
Cuisine” in Connecticut. Since then, they’ve begged us to have a Special Menu
of German foods, beers and wines available throughout the year.
Commencing on Friday, Saturday and Sunday March 5, 6 & 7, 2010, we
will feature our “German Specials Menu” alongside our regular American
Dinner Menu. Each weekend will highlight a different entrée,
