Although Cobb’s Mill Inn has been in continuous operation for more than 80 years, we feel that everything is new for our magnificent landmark restaurant. And, although the Magee and Guidera families are life-long residents of Weston, their Vision for “The Mill” is excitingly bold and new. In short, we are committed to the proposition of being the premier restaurant and catering facility in Connecticut and the New York Metropolitan region. To that end, we use only the finest and freshest products and ingredients from world-class suppliers.
Our Executive Chef, Jacques Larsen, demands excellence in the food preparation, presentation and service from our kitchen and dining room staff. Our Banquet Manager, Kathleen Coniglio, insists that the outstanding quality of our a la Carte dining experience be yours for all of your special events.
