Although Cobb’s Mill Inn has been in continuous operation for more than 80 years, we feel that everything is new for our magnificent landmark restaurant. And, although the Magee and Guidera families are life-long residents of Weston, their Vision for “The Mill” is excitingly bold and new. Our Executive Chef, Jacques Larsen, demands excellence in the food preparation, presentation and service from our kitchen and dining room staff.
